My WHY
It’s no secret. I’m a huge fan of Simon Sinek… some might even call it a bromance. His groundbreaking work about purpose inspired me to look at communications in a whole new way.
It also inspired me to discover my WHY—to help others communicate in compelling ways that cut through the clutter so they can achieve their aspirations, goals and desired outcomes.
I’m one of the lucky ones who gets to wake up every day inspired to help people connect with purpose, find clarity, and communicate with impact.

I’m a seasoned leader and communications professional with decades of experience. I’m not the loudest voice in the room... but I’m the one people turn to and trust when the moment matters.
I’m an optimistic life-long learner and cancer survivor who believes everything happens for a reason… and everything makes sense in the rear view mirror.
Described by others as kind, calm, and wise—a trusted advisor and thoughtful guide. Someone who listens deeply in a way that others feel seen, heard and empowered.

A new channel for me
There’s no question… video is a powerful way to communicate ideas and inspire action. While I’ve produced video content for years, I’ve rarely been in front of the camera. Recently, a mentee inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and step in front of the camera to share insights and practical ideas about communications, leadership and life.
When you learn to be comfortable in your own skin, you can own your story. Live your life on purpose and with integrity.
