I’m a seasoned corporate communications leader, writer, and trusted advisor with more than three decades of experience. People often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and clear-eyed in moments that matter.
Currently, I’m on a quest to help purpose and principle-centered leaders turn company values into visible, repeatable actions using the Lead with Light™ leadership framework and operating system.
My WHY
It’s no secret. I’m a huge fan of Simon Sinek… some might even call it a bromance. His groundbreaking work about purpose inspired me to look at communications in a whole new way.
It also inspired me to discover my WHY—to help others communicate in compelling ways that cut through the clutter so that they can achieve their aspirations, goals and desired outcomes.

I’m an optimistic life-long learner and cancer survivor who believes everything happens for a reason… and it all makes sense in the rear view mirror.

A new channel for me
There’s no question… video is a powerful way to communicate ideas and inspire action. While I’ve produced video content for years, I’ve rarely been in front of the camera. Recently, a mentee inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and step in front of the camera to share insights and practical ideas about communications, leadership and life.
When you learn to be comfortable in your own skin, you can own your story. Live your life on purpose and with integrity.
